Geological Context
The copper deposits are hosted within the Katanga Supergroup and the Zambian Copperbelt, among the richest sediment-hosted copper provinces in the world. Mineralization occurs in stratabound horizons and structurally controlled zones within metasedimentary sequences.
Deposit Types:
- Sediment-hosted stratiform copper
- Hydrothermal vein and breccia copper
- Supergene enrichment zones
Host Rocks:
- Shales and sandstones
- Dolomitic marbles and quartzites
- Metasediments of the Katanga Supergroup
Mineralogy
Dominant copper minerals include Chalcopyrite, Bornite, Malachite, Azurite, and Chalcocite, with gangue minerals such as quartz, calcite, and dolomite.
Export Logistics
Our copper ore and concentrate are delivered through road and rail links to ports including Dar es Salaam, Beira, and Durban. We provide both bulk shipments and containerized cargo depending on client needs.
