Geological Context

Copper concentrate is primarily sourced from sediment-hosted stratiform copper deposits in the Zambian Copperbelt and Katanga Supergroup. These deposits are known for large tonnage and consistent grade, with mineralization often controlled by structural folding and fault zones.
